1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SchemaDash ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

SchemaDash is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that generates JSON-LD structured data markup for local businesses and organizations. The Service is designed for SEO agencies, web developers, and marketing professionals.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per user; account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Available Plans:

Billing:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year

Free Trial:

• We offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• No payment is charged during the trial period
• You may cancel during the trial at no cost

Refunds:

• After the trial period, payments are non-refundable
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Support Policy

What We DO Support:

• Technical issues where the schema generator fails to produce output
• We will accept a maximum of 10 support tickets per account for genuine technical failures (e.g., schema not being generated despite correct input)

How to Get Help:

• The platform is designed to be self-explanatory
• All form fields include guidance text
• If you find the platform difficult to use, you are free to cancel your subscription

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation is self-serve: Go to Account → Cancel Subscription
• Alternatively, cancel directly through your PayPal account
• No cancellation fees apply
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• We do not process cancellations via email or support tickets

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate schema markup containing false or misleading business information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service
• Interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure
• Submit excessive support tickets for non-technical issues

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP:

• SchemaDash, its code, design, and branding are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of any business data you input
• We do not claim ownership of schemas generated for your use
• You grant us a limited license to process your input data solely to provide the Service

Generated Schemas:

• Schemas generated are based on Schema.org open standards
• You may use generated schemas freely on your websites or your clients' websites
• We make no claim of ownership over standard JSON-LD output

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not guarantee that generated schemas will achieve specific SEO results
• We do not guarantee Google will display rich results for your schemas
• Schema validation is based on current Google guidelines, which may change
• We do not guarantee support response times or resolution

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SchemaDash from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• False or misleading schema content you create

13. Termination

By You:

• Cancel anytime via Account settings or PayPal
• Access continues until the end of your billing period

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the support ticket system
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
